Frame light barriers
Dietz frame light barriers form a continuous infrared light curtain using numerous transmitter and receiver diodes in the opposing arms. This allows even the smallest parts to be optimally detected throughout the entire frame, regardless of their material, surface texture, or color.
Easy installation, fast response time, and very high resolution are the decisive advantages over conventional methods with many individual one-way light barriers. Mutual interference between the beam paths is eliminated. In confined installation spaces, the removable crossbar allows the devices to be operated in an open (U-) configuration. An integrated sensitivity setting, variable pulse extension, and high ambient light immunity through modulated light guarantee reliable processing of the output signal.
